What Integrations do you guys support?
We have a direct integration with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Walmart, Magento, Etsy, eBay and BigCommerce. Alternatively, you can also upload a CSV file or creating manual orders.
How often do orders get pulled?
Orders are pulled in real-time, as they come in.
What WMS software do you use?
We use SellerSkills.
What Storage Options do you guys offer?
We offer Bin, Shelf and Pallet storage.
Is there a limit to how many SKUs you can accept?
1000 SKUs per client. If the account is big enough for us, we may be able to make exceptions.
What Packaging Options are available?
We offer boxes, kraft mailers and poly mailers. You also have the option of providing us your own custom packaging, or our design team can create you own design and we can order custom packing.

Do you support Custom Packaging and Promotional Inserts?
Yes, you can send in your own branded materials for us to use.
Can you ship Internationally asides from USA?
Yes, we can (except for dangerous goods).
Are you able to handle Returns?
Yes, we offer multiple options for handling returns.
